Terms of Service
Last updated: May 28, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SignalAI platform, including our web application, dashboards, connected integrations, AI-assisted workflows, and related services operated by us (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. For how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
SignalAI helps teams plan, publish, and manage social and messaging-channel activity through a unified workflow. Features may include account registration, email verification, authentication (including optional third-party sign-in such as Google), brand and workspace management, content calendars and campaigns, connection of channels such as Slack, WhatsApp Business, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, or TikTok (and other integrations offered from time to time), dashboards, and AI-assisted strategy, content, and publishing workflows. We may add, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where appropriate.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Where we require email verification, you must complete that step before certain actions (such as password sign-in) are permitted. You must be authorized to bind your organization if you register on behalf of a company.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Without limitation, you must not:
- Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Upload malware, overload infrastructure, or interfere with other users
- Use the Service to send spam, deceptive content, or harass others
- Reverse engineer or bypass security except where law permits
5. Third-party services and integrations
The Service may connect to third-party platforms (for example Slack, WhatsApp Business, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or other OAuth- or API-based tools). Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not control third parties and are not responsible for their availability, actions, or content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to connect accounts and publish content through those channels.
6. AI-assisted features and your content
Parts of the Service use automated and AI-assisted tools to help generate strategy, copy, calendars, creative assets, and publishing recommendations. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing content before you approve, schedule, or publish it through connected channels. The Service does not provide legal, regulatory, or professional advice.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, branding, and our content are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us the rights reasonably needed to operate and improve the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or specific business outcomes from use of the Service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor our suppliers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars (USD) or the fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim (if any), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk to the Service, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Contact
